Our Story: From Service to Serving the Community

Meal Team 6 is a 100% veteran-owned local food truck in St. Augustine, FL, built by people who understand what it means to show up, work hard, and take care of others.


Owned and operated by CW4 (RET) Eric and CW2 (RET) Nicole, Meal Team 6 brings a mission-first mindset to every public stop, catered event, and plate we serve. Both Eric and Nicole retired from the Florida Army National Guard as warrant officers, bringing leadership, discipline, and service into the heart of the business.


Nicole is a classically trained chef and Johnson & Wales graduate with an A.S. in Culinary Arts, which means our menu is built with real culinary skill. Eric is also a retired lieutenant from the Jacksonville Fire and Rescue Department, adding another layer of service and community commitment to Meal Team 6.



Since 2021, we’ve proudly served St. Augustine, St. Johns County, and surrounding areas with mobile catering, custom menus, and weekend breakfast at VFW Post 2391.


We’re local. We’re mobile. And we’re always ready for the next mission.

Because Meal Team 6 is a mobile food truck, our location and hours may change when we’re booked for events, festivals, or catering.



Most days, you can find us at 71 South Dixie Highway, St. Augustine, FL 32084, or serving weekend breakfast at VFW Post 2391. But when duty calls, Meal Team 6 rolls out.
